Through these efforts we aim to improve resilience and capacity among the vulnerable and poor communities affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
We have on-going monthly in house training in each of our Projects, which focus on motivation, building team spirit and equipping our volunteers to continue maintaining a high standard in the services they are providing in their communities.
In addition we conduct workshops for our project coordinators, nurses, cashiers and head office staff to ensure that the vision is being carried out effectively.
It is the goal of Lifeline to continuously concentrate on building the capacity of the volunteers and the family units in the projects. We believe that the strength of the community is reflected by the capacity of the people. Therefore we aim to impact the community by equipping and empowering the people.
